605.143 Parental Education Neglect |
|
No person required to attend parental education or training program
pursuant to a policy adopted under division (A) or (B) of Section 3313.663
of the Revised Code shall fail to attend the program. Whoever violates
this section is guilty of parental education neglect, a misdemeanor of the
