Depth of Intervention Recommendation:  Repurpose, Build 9th grade academy, with 2-3 upper innovative academies building over time, eg.  JFK school of government (Facing History), Interactive Broadcast Media, Explore 3rd possible option.

Rationale:

  • Consistently underperforming academically.

  • Broadcast Media academy supported by media assets located within facility.

  • Government focused academy logical fit.
