Depth of Intervention Recommendation:  Close facility.  Reassign students to neighboring schools (possibilities include Wilbur Wright, Louis Agassiz, Almira, McKinley, others).

Rationale:

  • Consistently underperforming academically.

  • Low capacity utilization, with available capacity at neighboring schools.
